Tzohar's Prenuptial Agreement
in Memory of Belda Kaufman Lindenbaum z”l
Jewish couples in Israel can only marry and divorce via the Rabbinate.
Sadly, some 40% of marriages end in divorce. Without a Jewish ‘get’ – Halachic decree of divorce – the woman cannot remarry.
Tzohar’s Preunuptial Agreement is legally valid and halachically sound. The Agreement is designed to ensure that women remain married because it is their wish and not out of necessity.
the Minister of Justice recommends that all Jewish Israeli couples who are about to marry sign Tzohar’s pre-nuptial agreement.
