Fundraising Coordinator for the Anglo Audience in Israel

General Description

Tzohar wishes to add to its Resource Development team a coordinator for the Anglo audience in Israel (immigrants and residents of Israel who come from English-speaking countries).

Job Description

  • Maintaining contact, updating and strengthening relationships with existing donors
  • Locating, meeting and recruiting potential donors
  • Planning and implementing an annual work plan, including: setting goals, establishing objectives, and managing tasks
  • Research on potential and existing donors
  • Organizing “exposure evenings” for Tzohar and content meetings for the target audience
  • Ongoing work with the SF information system

Required Abilities and Experience

  • Familiarity with Tzohar, and ability to represent and identify with Tzohar and its values
  • High level of skills in communication interpersonal connection
  • Ability to persuade, understanding the map of interests, and the ability to speak meaningfully to donors
  • In-depth knowledge of the culture of Anglos in Israel, with an emphasis on the U.S.
  • Proven high level of writing ability
  • Native English speaker
  • Speaker of Hebrew at a high level

Job scope: 50-100%

Location: Tzohar Center in Lod
